I am a contractor and have a pro account with Lowes. Unfortunately I have to drastically limit my shopping here due to the reactive culture of this store. They WILL NOT restock parts/materials unless asked by a customer. I’ve tried having the orders pulled for me to no avail, my experience with this is; they pulled what I needed and I didn’t make it on time so they put the pipe back up in the lumber yard on the pallet instead of stocking the shelf in the store where the pipe goes so customers can grab what they need. I’ve wasted at least 40 hours over the last year having to ask employees to pull down parts so I can get what I need. Staff is friendly and helpful but management needs to adjust focus.

No starts if I could Who’s in charge of the delivery at this location!? Never had such an unreliable delivery service! Stuff was not delivered next day and when it was 4 days later I got a partial delivery with wrong cords to appliances missing appliances altogether, then they have the nerve to try to deliver to the wrong address and then delay the delivery again for a third time!!! Will never get another delivery from them again

I come here all the time in my work boots, consistently do returns as with my business. Sometimes you buy the wrong part. I never had any issues, my exchange always goes, smooth, and everything is friendly. The day I come in and casual clothes, with no sleeves, and my tattoo showing, I have the worst experience ever, and I’ve never felt so discriminated in my life at customer service. Even with a receipt. Still was unprofessional. I understand that this town has its problem, but judging book by its cover, with somebody who spend tens of thousands of dollars in your store, it really bad for business. Maybe some consistent employees will help you guys realize who are your consistent customers.

Derek the manager telling customers to come see him after work. You lucky some of us have something to lose not everyone is as reasonable as I am. acting like you own it you are just a replaceable 9-5 employee . Awful customer service with that young lady Derek. Won’t be using them for household appliances ever you need somewhere to go. Go to Home Depot at least they act on what they say. You a fool Derek and one day you will realize that talking to random people with nonsense like you did young lady.

Man whenever I think I found the formula to get good courteous customer service soon after every single time I get bit in the assi stopped ever trying to do returns at the south side of really if at all possible avoid going to the south side period but the other day I bought one of the different things to view the eclipse the one with the filter for your phone to be exact. The sign on top says starting at 2.98 I understand the whole starting at thing but nowhere on the little kiosk were there any other prices for everything else other than the 2.98 for the single pair of glasses. I was one of the last customers on this day so I was rushing thru not paying attention but when I got home I see that the thing cost almost 15 bucks which in my mind was quite pricey and if the prices go up that stiffly I think there should be a guide somewhere saying what other things cost. So the following day I tried to return the item 2 days before the eclipse mind you. Instantly the woman tells me I can't return that and goes about returning the other thing I had. Waiting for an explanation to why never came until I asked why and she tells me "because it's an item that we sell for specific times of the year"...... Uhhh ok like that specific day still 2 days ahead and it's less than 24 hours after I bought the item still unopened. I then told her that there is no price anywhere on it stating how much it is and asked if people just have to ring it up and then decide they do or don't want it? She tells me I'll bring my manager up here if you want but she's going to tell you the same thing... I told her you know what not that big of a deal to bring a manager up here but I don't think I'm in the wrong. All mad and Shakey she says "do you have a receipt for this?" Which I did but she was itching to find a reason to shut my return down but couldn't completely. Home Depot here I come
