Greeter at Lowe's, Marsha, was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. She left her station 2 find someone 2 help me with my hardware issue and made sure that I had the correct item. Very satisfied customer. She made my trip inside that I was dreading, fast and friendly.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Had a dryer delivered to my house. The box was damaged and the delivery company showed pictures and had proof that the box was damaged at Lowe’s before they transported it. The delivery men were kind enough to open the box to check it for any damage before they brought it in. The whole back of the dryer was caved in. I was told I would have a new dryer delivered in 24-48 hours and I should hear back from Lowe’s. Well I never heard anything. I called this morning and had been trying to get in touch with someone for THREE hours without success. I ended up having to call corporate just to get a case number and move things along to file a claim and get a new delivery date. I will never order anything from here again. HOPEFULLY the new delivered dryer will be in perfect condition especially since it isn’t cheap!!!

This store doesn’t even deserve one star. The customer service is absolutely terrible. I asked one employed for help whom had his phone in his hand the entire time speaking to me. I asked for a price for something and instead of helping me he proceeded to tell me how to find the price and multiply it. ( that wasn’t my only question ) yet he rudely left me standing there in a hurry.. so I then asked THREE other employees for help. One did ask for assistance from someone over the intercom so I then waited 15 to 20 minutes in that department… no one showed. So I then asked another employee… went back waited another 20 minutes. After asking the 3rd employee and waited ANOTHER 20 minutes for something that could have simply taken 5 minutes to do… I left! . Absolutely ridiculous and very disappointing

If I could say no stars I would. You can never find help. If you're able to find help they say "Okay" and then proceed to walk away. You stand there looking for help as Lowe's employees see you standing at the counter and proceed to ignore you standing there. All the check-outs are now do it yourself. This is the worse Lowe's ever. It's sad that you have to go up front to ask for a manager just to get someone to help you. You're told that they have to cut hours so there's not that many helpers in the store. Wow. No wonder Amazon is winning over people ordering things. 🙄

Seaford, DE store. We needed help buying parts to fix the piping for the new water heater we bought. We couldn’t figure out what we needed. Bobby helped us for a good amount of time and it wasn’t even his department. He was very patient with us and we wouldn’t have been able to find what we needed without his help. Thank you so much Bobby!
