So far I have purchased two large items. A smoker and a dishwasher. Both items were picked up in store and were found to be damaged beyond use. Spent $950 on a dishwasher which was the last in stock. Get home and open the box to find the back end was caved in. Staff members working the appliance section honestly had no knowledge on the products. Ended up getting a refund and going to The Home Depot where the staff actually talked about the product with on hand knowledge. Not sure if it’s just this specific location or not but products always seem to be damaged and employees are ignorant to the products they sell.
Found everything I needed. I needed to shop in store as well as pickup an online order. I was worried the online order would be incorrect as I had looked for the same items the day before and was unable to find them but they were in fact the correct items. Only thing I had an issue with was finding the correct router bit for my woodworking project. The router bit selection was lacking.
My recent shopping trip to Lowe's was truly a pleasant experience. The standout feature of my visit was the staff's friendliness and helpfulness. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a willingness to assist.
The staff members went above and beyond to make my shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. They were knowledgeable about the products, ready to answer questions, and offered valuable advice to help me find the right items for my project.
Their friendly demeanor and eagerness to assist made me feel like a valued customer. It's these interactions with the staff that keep me coming back to Lowe's. I left the store with what I needed and a smile on my face, thanks to the exceptional service I received. Kudos to the staff for their dedication to customer satisfaction.
I couldn't find a single flat bed cart in the lawn and garden. Nor could I find one in the rest of the store. I ended up just using a regular shopping cart, but I ended up having to do two trips into the store to get 70 bricks for my retaining wall. To be clear, I don't think this is a case of the employees not wrangling up the carts, I think the store just doesn't have them. I did see some one collecting them in the parking lot and he was who I got the cart from.
If you want a stress free experience when ordering and having appliances delivered- don’t go here. I ordered a washer and dryer a month ago and it’s been nothing but many headaches and stress. Finally delivered today and missing part. I won’t go back again. Customer service is terrible and most I dealt with were incompetent.
