Had some window dressing cut . We're 72 by 72 s packaged tow the salesperson I needed them 68 in by 72 in. Salesperson cut it as they thought they should be. In the end the blinds were 67 and a half by 72 which makes them a half inch shot refuse to listen to instructions if I told you to cut something 68 + 72 that's what I'm expecting. Now I'm home after opening the package and I have to return them just don't get it why people don't pay attention.

I placed an online order to pick up a bathroom vanity in the store. When the order was placed the website said it should be ready for pickup four days after the order was placed. That day came and went and the website said they were still working on it. Then two days later, or six days after my order was placed, I received a voicemail that the order was canceled because they didn’t have any to ship. Said I was welcome to come and pick something else up but no offer for discount or anything else. I already had people working in the house and waiting to install that vanity so it really messed up our schedule.

Most of the employees are friendly and try to be helpful but there aren't enough of them as is the case with so many places. I very much appreciate their gratitude to veterans as shown. Y their special parking areas and discounts.

Like the garden center. Get all my plants and dirt here. Got a 5 gal Norfolk pine for our Xmas tree 🎄 along with a couple strands of lights for $22! Also bought my battery powered mower and weedeater from Lowes. No more gas to cut my grass!

The plant clearance rack was outside of the building by the fence. Very inconvenient. Compared to the Lowe’s clearance store in Monroe, La(I included the last 2 pictures for reference on how it could be done better and to improve sales)the prices should be more defined and more of the damaged items placed on the rack. The garden manager needs to step it up. There were very damaged plants that were still being sold at full price in rusted containers(birdcage decor). When I asked for a discount at the main counter because Garden help was sparse I was told that only the garden manager who wasn’t in the building could do that. Are they not in the business of selling plants? It’s more like a botanical garden with the plants just taking up space. Also the cashier at self checkout offended me by trying to tell me about the plants I did purchase as if I didn’t know about them already. It wasn’t in a friendly advice giving tone either but in a condescending (I know more than you) tone. Please don’t give unsolicited advice because I’m an expert in botany. I can propagate, ma’am.
