We have LOVED working with Cal & Jana with Lindsay Travel Professionals. We've used them to book 2 different trips to Hawaii and both times they made the process easy and painless; something that's not always easy when traveling with young children. We would highly recommend Lindsay Travel Professionals to anyone planning a vacation. We can't wait to work with them again!

A huge shout out and appreciation to Cal and Lindsay Travel Professionals. From our first meeting to the day of our trip Cal was always available to answer and research questions we had. During our trip to Jamaica everything was spot on from airport pick up to hotels and reservations on the resort. This made our trip relaxing, knowing we did not have to worry about anything. I would highly recommend if you plan any trips to call Cal, before committing to your so call established travel agency. You will not be disappointed. Again, thank you Cal for everything. Another awesome Oceania cruise arranged by Cal Lindsay and Lyndsay travel professionals. Everything went off as planned. Air travel, hotel, cruise line, excursion and trip back home. We always know we are in good hands through the whole cruise planning / enjoying process.

To put it plainly, Cal is non responsive and inept. He is not a travel agent, he is a really bad way to pass information from yourself to the Cruise company. I strongly recommend you do yourself a favor and contact the cruise line directly for any cruise vacations. Do not engage with Cal unless you like being mentally tortured by maladroitness. Edited to respond to Jana: Jana, Cal's business partner (AKA Cal's spouse), your excuses / arguments are just plain bad. I have plenty of receipts of promises by Cal through email that were missed. So much that Cal ended up paying part of our fare because he missed a deadline with the cruise line. Were you unaware of this? Further, to say that this happened exclusively because the cruise lines were coming back from Covid or to play the victim sick card should be embarrassing to you. Because, you know what other emails I have? One's where the two of you were on vacation (including while I was on my cruise, you were on one too!) We were part of a large group, I contacted your franchise nearly a YEAR before the cruise. Cal had no idea what room types we would need for families, how drink packages worked, etc. etc. I was not going to put y'all on blast this hard, but you've left me no choice. DO NOT HIRE CAL OR JANA (his "business partner") they are awful franchise owners. For all of those that are thinking about using Cal/Jana please message me, I'd be happy to share the emails.
