Total HOAX and waste of money. AND waste of time. We went with our daughter and she got the full hot air treatment and comb out. My husband and I also got checked and were told we were "clear." Fast forward three days, my daughter is caught with lice again at school and I have it too. This time, we went to LEGIT professional lice treaters who said that my daughter still had six weeks worth of lice in her hair, and that LCA had missed my lice at the appointment (they can tell by the number of nits and adults). Called LCA to discuss, they tried to blame the infestation on a family member who did not get checked at their clinic, but that family member has never had lice as confirmed multiple times by ACTUAL lice experts. LCA refused to hear actual logical explanation that they had messed up. Don't fall for LCA's scam, find an honest business or treat the lice yourself.

Excellent. Contacted LCA through the website. I refused to go through the at home treatment with Nix again. Got a call back within 15 minutes of my inquiring online. Spoke to a guy who set me up an appointment that worked for me. They are available 7 days a week!!! Can't beat that. Came in and our technician Becky was wonderful. She checked myself and my daughter. I knew I didn't have any, but my daughter did, but it was worth the piece of mind. Got the Airallé treatment. It was pricey, but once again the piece of mind and not having to brush for hours every day for a week is so worth it. Becky was very informative in everything!! Told us about the lice, the treatment and what to do at home. I couldn't be happier. My daughter was comfortable during the whole treatment watching Netflix. Becky continuously asked her if she was okay during the whole treatment. We came from outside of Springfield MA, driving to LCA, getting the treatment done and driving home was roughly 3.5 hours. A lot quicker than doing the treatment at home!!! Honestly if you have lice and want to get rid of it, come to LCA you won't regret it. Check out their website cause they will give a form for insurance reimbursement or if you receive Medicaid they have a discount. I truly cannot say enough good things. The treatment was excellent, great environment, technician was very knowledgeable, all around worth it.

This is a place that you don’t know about until you need it. My son's pediatrician told me about this place when I called to ask about best practices to be rid of lice quickly. After 2 days of non-stop laundry and combing, I wanted the reassurance of LCA’s guarantee. Shondra checked the whole family and gave 3 of us the all clear. We did the signature treatment and bought the oil for a follow up treatment. We just did it yesterday but I felt so much better after, knowing whatever was left in his hair is dead. We washed and dried all the bedding, pillows and throw blankets on the hottest setting. LCA gives very practical, pragmatic, non-panicky advice. We are following their advice and as nice as Shondra was, I’m hoping to never go back! Highly recommend. If lice comes to your house, just go and get the treatment before it spreads to the whole family. The peace of mind is 100% worth it! As a side note, my son is autistic and she was wonderful with that aspect as well. Welcoming, kind and accepting.

It's a little pricey, but the 30 day guarantee makes it worth it. The lady who did my hair and my daughter's was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place!

We found out my daughter had lice on a Friday at 4 PM and had an appointment at 8 AM on Saturday. The technician did a great job and was very patient with my daughter. We did a check up a week later just to make sure nothing was there and we were lice free just like they guaranteed. It’s definitely expensive, but can you really put a cost on not having bugs crawling in your hair??
