Eight months ago, a copperwood fence manufactured by Ozark Timber was installed on an adjacent property to my home. The nauseating odor causes swelling in my throat and severe headaches. I can no longer use my back yard due to health issues created by the chemicals used to treat the fence. The odor has not diminished during the past 8 months. I called Ozark more than a week ago and left a message but they will not return my call. Additional attempts to contact Ozark Timber provide only a busy signal. BUYER BEWARE!! I've contacted an independent testing lab to perform chemical analysis and to evaluate EPA compliance of the chemicals. I will take legal action if necessary since the owner of the fence is not interested in helping to resolve the issue.

Looking for cedar. They made me a good deal on 1" x 4' x 4" boards!
