Great selection of clothing. All of the staff was helpful; Grace was patient and great with helping me order what they didn't have in stock!

Really sad when you can’t return something you purchased at The Loft here in So. Portland because you purchased it at the Tanger Outlet in Foxwoods! People complain about Walmart, at least they will take back if purchased in a different state or different type of store just as long as it was Walmart!!

Recently came in looking for clothes for some upcoming job interviews. Wonderful staff here, especially Alyssa-I was very impressed with her. She was professional but warm and friendly, and I trusted her opinion regarding what I picked out! I'll definitely come back here:)

The staff at the Maine Mall always seem like they are bothered to help you in the store. I hate going in. I have been a customer for many years there and I prefer to order online than in store. Bad customer service.

Very expensive, small selection. No plus size. What they do have is pretty, but not worth the price.
