The worst service in the purchase of my car, the documents were misplaced, they have NOT PAID ME for 30 days. They throw the responsibility between each other. ⚠️ Don't sell your cars here. ⚠️ The advisor who sold me did not know what documents he was giving me, he gave me the wrong characteristics of the car, he recorded a delivery video that he never sent me. All very bad... Bad experience in the service.

Terrible experience, a year ago I bought a unit with them and now that I need to sell for personal reasons, their "appraiser" tells me that they cannot buy it because their scanner shows 12 airbag error codes (I have never hit the car) , which is strange because they asked for the codes and they refused to provide them to me, and when the unit was purchased they made me acquire the credit through BBVA when their staff told me that they did have their own finance company. In conclusion, TAKE CARE OF YOUR MONEY, DON'T BUY PROBLEMS WITH THEM.

Compare between several agencies, but the truth is that they have a very high cost for pre-owned units in comparison with other agencies, and what I liked the least was that they do not fix anything, they do not even change the tires, no matter how worn they are, they do not take blows so I do not recommend them since this is what is visible, what will happen to what is not seen.

At first they are very attentive and give good attention but at the time of the sale the very long "processes" for the delivery of the car begin, you have to mark the seller daily to follow up, I have bought from other agencies and the units take 2 or maximum 3 days to deliver, I've been waiting for 1 week and I'm just going to sign the contract to see when they can schedule my delivery, plus the prices are above average!
