Bad attention. Very disappointed in the seller who gave me his name that starts with “A” and ends with “o”. Very bad seller, he wanted to include additional insurance by force, saying that it is mandatory and other Kia agencies say that it is optional. Obviously Kia is not going to disappear because of this comment. But if the manager or the brand is interested in offering decent service to customers, they should pay more attention to their salespeople, their indifference and lack of attitude. The staff needs training (at least the one I was assigned to, but they don't allow them to be representatives of the brand and the branch)
They do not respect healthy distance, they allow access to the reception room for vehicles with companions despite it being a small room and having a waiting room, not all employees wear the mask correctly nor do they ask clients to do so.

Good dealership, but very small for the volume of customers it has, and every year its after-sales service is getting worse.

They offer coffee, water and snacks... but there are none in the waiting room...
