I am disappointed with the service. I took in my Kia Sportage for the first 10,000 km service, when I received the vehicle it was all dirty, it looked like they cleaned it with a dry towel. I complain about it. They send two guys, they were trying to take off the stains with a dry towel. Now I doubt if they even did the oil change or check the rest of the vehicle.
