The sales and service departments are horrible at this Dealership.
I own my car and never used their financial services because they were too expensive. But I had to deal with their sales department for car Insurance Plates and other things, for example, for my plates, it took them 30 days when the whole thing can get done in person in 4hrs. They took an extra month to give a car that was paid in full 45 before the delivery date.
The Service department they're always trying to add extra things that my car doesn't need, for example, my car has 12k miles, and they forced me to add a change of the transmission oil and the AC filter (that didn't need to change/replace) in order to keep my car under warranty.
When I paid for the service I asked for copies of all the paperwork and they ignore my request and didn't give the diagnostics that they run on my car, what are they hiding?
Don't ever come here, there is no good customer service and they don't care about what the customer needs and paid for.
Very good service to put the stamp on the booklet, but very bad to solve actual failures in the car (My car was massively leaking gasoline, they “test it” for a week and couldn’t spot the hose that came loose)
Very impressed with the Kia showroom, the staff, and the cars.
Kind of surprised we didn't get a follow-up phone call after looking at the Sportage. Or 'some' sort of incentive to get us to buy.
Ended up buying the competition.
As a customer, the way they deal with obstacles and flexibility for certain areas are not what the company represents.
The KIA company only reflects what old-fashioned techniques failed and, doesn't seem to have the interest in improving.
