Be very careful with leaving money! The saleswoman ALICIA RAYÓN sells with lies and then wants to blame you, they tell you that you have approved credit and in the end they ask you for a thousand more things to see if they approve it, they made me leave it aside and down payment to verify if they could and they deceived me saying that everything was approved, now the return of all my money is a pain and I can no longer buy another car until the refund is made (it should be noted that the down payment was more than 50% of the value of the vehicle) I have never had such an unpleasant experience, LOOK FOR OTHER OPTIONS

Excellent service, the Advisor Cristian helped me a lot with my doubts, very friendly and recommended, apart from the cars and the place are incredible, they have many options

I don't like it because they don't give adequate follow-up in the procedures, it takes more than 6 months for a bonus and I don't find the service pleasant since they give you an estimated date and what the client asks for doesn't arrive or is given. The attention it deserves also does not resolve the procedures efficiently, in my opinion I do not recommend it.
