I took my truck for mechanical and aesthetic repair. All this was specified to the person who assisted me. It took me almost a month for a piece. When you pick it up it turns out that they didn't fix the aesthetics. And it would be 7 to 8 thousand pesos more and almost another month more. They never quoted me for aesthetics. One assumes that they understood what they were asked to do. That's your job. And in the end they say you apologize, they don't give you extra for your mistake. In the end the client is left with the courage and if he wants to pay. So if you take the agency to repair your vehicle, review what the person who received it wrote to see if they understood what they asked to be done to their vehicle.
