Excellent customer service. I am a wheelchair user. I come and go from my house through my garage. I called Mike at 9am and he was at my house by 10am. The control board on my opener unit was bad. By 3pm that day I had new garage opener unit with wiring installed. Very clean. Mike recommended an affordable extra quite unit (Chamberlain) that worked with my wifi system I was currently using. No hassle getting it setup and my wife was able to use the garage door when she came home.

Mike responded promptly and spent time discussing options for a replacement garage door opener - and recommended the less expensive option based on his experience with the manufacturer. He was precise and detail-oriented on the installation and did an exceptional job "hiding" the wiring. Highly recommended.

Mike has the best customer service and certainly knows what he's doing! He came out on a Sunday to replace our springs. He had the job done before other companies even returned my call when I was inquiring about quotes! He answers texts and phone calls very promptly and treats his customers right!
