Unfortunately I find the service terrible, they don't t believe the customer is always right. The service attendants are not good,recently they washed my car and motor I found scratches on the hood and front sides they immediately got aggressive they had taken video beforehand and pointed to where the one scratch was but the resolution was not good and try as they might I could not see any scratches. These scratches I believe can be polished out with a polisher.i might point out I do detail work on cars and am the only one to wash it so I know every inch.i will go to LA Paz next service
The worst service experience I have had in my 18 years in Los Cabos. Javier in service made multiple mistakes and sales manager Edgar promised to fix things and almost 4 months later I am dealing with the same suspension problem that I explained in the first place. Will never but another Kia !!!!!!
These people are simply the best and so professional. Kia is an awesome vehicle and so happy to have awesome people to go with it. Special thanks today to Martin and Javier. Excellent customer service.
