I decided to check out a new blow dry bar after receiving a promotional offer in the mail. I scheduled my appointment online. The ease of their website was great. The individual I went to was their first day. I was drenched in the shampoo bowl spraying my dress and make up. She did not know how to lift the roots by teasing or make any volume. They had to bring an additional person over. My appointment was at 10:30. I should’ve been out there at 11:15. I was completed at 11:50. Miserable experience from beginning to end that also caused me to be late. The manager upon checkout offered me to come back for a complementary session tomorrow. I came in today so I don’t have to do my hair tomorrow!!! After a bad experience why would I want to come back and have another bad experience complementary and waste anymore of my time. I came in early before a business lunch. I’m a professional and do not have additional time. You have one shot to earn my business and you did not receive it. I’m actually shocked that I paid for services today. Never again. I do not recommend this facility. The only thing positive I have to say is they do use quality products.
Nice service. Great atmosphere. But I should’ve read the reviews and booked with Erica bc the girl I had was sweet but had no idea how to blow dry my hair. My hair came out flat and frizzy! I do not have course or thick hair- very fine and easy to pull. My hair looks HORRIBLE! I had to redo it when I got home. Save your money!
Called JustAir to schedule first time appointment. Was told I had to give them my credit card number over the phone. Not comfortable with that. Told if I arrived around 5pm there would be no problem as a walk-in. Drove an hour south to this location. Arrived at 5pm. "Sorry, we only have one stylist working and she is booked until closing." You have ONE stylist working? Pathetic. Sorry too. See you again never.
If you’re stuck in traffic on the bridge because of the cruise ships don’t bother coming here. I travel for work and have been to hundreds of blow dry bars. I’ve never been so thrown off by an immediate cancellation and a charge to my card after getting to my appt 2 minutes after the 15 min mark. The receptionist did not even offer another appt time for me and expressed I should come talk to the owner Tuesday (I’m front out of town) so that’s not possible. Justair is definitely trying to be Drybar by their set up + logo however their customer service is not even close. ... following this terrible encounter I immediately called Cherry blow dry bar who welcomed me in immediately.
First, the company should have an introduction price for the first time customers but they do not.
Second, the employee who took care of me washed my hair and accidentally wet my shirt. The store should use two towels for that task and not only one.
Third, also the hair spray made me sneeze for long hours. I do not suffer from allergies.
