Horrible customer service, especially Dasiy she was super mean and rude to me, I just wanted to buy a pair of crocs and I asked her for help and it was like she didn’t hear me or just ignored me. Then I ask someone else, his name was Jayden he helped me with everything I needed, he helped me find the perfect crocs and some charms for it too. I could honestly say he had better customer service than Dasiy.

I called Journey's before actually going to the store to see if they had a pair of boots. They answered the phone in no time and told me they had one size left that I needed. They put the boots to the side and held them until I got there. So friendly and prompt! My salesperson was Stephanie. Great experience.

Glad I walked in here. Staff were very helpful and friendly. I found what I was looking for, while they were on sale. I brought all pink vans and some great socks to wear w| them. Plan to go back soon for more footwear. Their prices are reasonable. :)

I'm in love with this store. It has all the footwear you can want at an affordable price. The staff is helpful and friendly. I bought a pair of Vlado's and plan on going back soon for more footwear. I also got some colorful socks that keep my toes warm in this Autumn/winter weather. Journeys is my new favorite urban footwear store.

I love this place but my last visit to this store idk it looked weird the shoes on display where a mess they did not even tried fix them or anything the shoes where not a good selection eather ?! Whats with that ?! I rem walking in and loving it all . Im that girl that has 300 shoes bc i walk in there bored lol someone is not doing their job right 🤷‍♀️
