Journeys

I'm not sure what's going on with this journeys. It's 11:00 and they're still not open. Website says they're supposed to open at 10:00. Maybe there's an emergency or staff shortage or something, I'd like to believe it's a good reason. But based on all the reviews I've read, this is par for the course with this location. We've wandered around the village for an hour waiting for them to open. We are going home now.

Walked in and the young lady with glasses that was working was on her phone and barely addressed me. When I made my way around the store she didn’t even bother to move away from the register and then when I went to exit the store she picked her phone back up and began looking at it again. Terrible customer service.

If you are looking for shoes, you HAVE to go here. Easily one of the best shoe shopping experiences of my life! Matt was amazing and SO incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. My sister and I left so happy and had such a great time. They also have a great selection of unique styles/colors you don’t see anywhere else. 11/10

Typically don’t shop at journeys. We went in today to look at there Birkenstock selection. Customer service skills leave much to be desired. We were in the store for a solid 5 minutes before someone even acknowledged us. When someone finally noticed us all they said was excuse me you can’t try on floor model shoes. Wouldn’t have been a big deal if we had got help earlier and the employees had costumer service training. Possibly more of a management and training issue than the individual employees fault.

Went in to the store for a particular shoe brand/color/size. Jesus went into the back and came right out with really cute socks and other color suggestions as well as style suggestions. He pointed out the sale options and was very attentive while also assisting other customers. I went in for one pair or shoes and he upsaled me two pairs of socks and the stain/water resistant spray. As a customer who was only purchasing one item and knew what the item was I’m not easy to upscale on any additional items typically. I am going to go back when I am interested in some new shoes. Thank you for helping me Jesus Thank you to matt for helping me with a sale a few days later for three pairs of shoes and a few socks!
