Just wanted to go on here and express my gratitude to the representative that helped me choose my first pair of Dr martens. I was looking for boots for a concert that was days away she was knowledgeable about sizing and even recommended the basalm to help break in the leather. Truly helpful I did not get blisters which made my concert experience that much better🫶🏾 once I get her name I will update my post.

This store has the best customer service ever. I have very picky feet, so I spent nearly two hours trying on almost every style they had. While I'm sure my extended visit started to wear on everyone's nerves, they remained helpful and dedicated to finding me something that worked. Their knowledge about the shoes they were selling really showed through. Very friendly, and quick, too. Truly a great staff.

Incredible manager working here, guided me through my most menial questions and was a good source of advice for what I should choose. Definitely a place to stop of you want some fresh shoes.

Best store in the mall when it comes to customer service. Hands down! Im from California so...... lol.... Walking into the store I was greeted by a male employee who was so respectful. Not something you see now a days. He had a great attitude, very upbeat personality, and made me feel like we knew each other already. I would recommend shopping here. You will leave confident in your purchase.

Excellent service. The manager and associate in the store were friendly and helpful. I was able to get exactly what I wanted: a pair of Dr. Martens sandals!
