My Husband and I relocated from NM and Jen was great even before we moved to AZ. Jen is so upbeat and easy to work with. We have sold 2 homes and purchased 2 homes with her help and direction in the past 5 years. As a representative for seller she is realistic about expectations and what needs to be done to sell the property. The same is true as she leads you to the home of your dreams and directs the negotiation process. Jen treats you as you are her only client she takes care of all the details and keeps you in the loop at all times. She is willing to go the extra mile, she has arranged for repairs and supervised the work being done. I have found that she was never too busy to listen to our concerns or problems or just a friendly conversation. During the last four years we moved twice. As our real estate agent, Jen Daniels, used her excellent real estate agent knowledge and experience to facilitate the sale and purchase of the two houses we sold and the two houses we purchased. We finally decided to move back to Minnesota. There was one call to make: Jennifer Daniels! Jen had helped us buy the house and we wanted her expertise to sell it. She told us exactly what we needed to do, it was done and pictures were taken. The house was listed and the response was immediate! Five days later we accepted an offer and the rest is history! Jen Daniels was just wonderful to work with. In 2017 my wife and I started the process of looking for a new home and we worked with a couple agents that were not a great fit, then we met Jen.
