The Jasper Mall was in sad decline for several years, but I think that the newer stores opening will help bring back the mall. We used to shop a lot there before, I will just call them Wally World! Also, I think Dunhams is a very nice addition for sporters and shooters. Prices? Well, they are a bit high, but let's give them a chance. Nuff said...
The Jasper Mall is nicer on the inside than it looks from the outside. We stopped by on a Saturday night about 6:45. The inside stores seem to close at 7, so there were very few other people in the main area. (Dunham’s Sports is attached, but operates separately from the rest of the mall.)
The mall has a small selection of stores and restaurants including Belk, Bath & Body, a Bridal and formal dress shop, Fishers, Cato’s, Hibbetts, Garfields, and a Chinese restaurant. There’s no food court or large scattering of booth stores in the walk ways like you usually would see, but supposedly Rural King will be opening here soon. (The Bridal store is by appointment only, but there formal dress section appears to welcome walk-ins.)
Overall, Jasper Mall is a decent place to shop for clothes, sporting goods, and gifts, and to do some mall walking.
Watching the movie of it now on Amazon. I hope these too are still together. Sweethearts! I'm from Connecticut but if I'm ever down that way I will stop in!
I love the mall. Belks, Bath and Body, Shoe Dept. But the mall is hot and the bathrooms in the mall are always out of service. Wish they would do better.

We ate at Garfields then walked around the carnival for a while and watched our nieces and nephew ride several of the rides.
