Let me preface this review by saying that I have never bought a vehicle from this dealership. However, I do let them perform the service maintenance on my car because they are cheaper than anyone around. They are also some of the nicest people I have met in the car service industry. Today was no different. I go in for an oil change and brakes (with an appointment). I am normally in and out pretty quick with an oil change. Their lift ended up malfunctioning, which ended up getting fixed shortly after, but it delayed the wait time naturally. My service advisor, Amanda, kept apologizing for my wait, which was no problem for me as I had no urgent plans. She finally came in and told me that she was loaning me a vehicle for the afternoon so that I wouldn’t have to continue to wait. When I returned for my car once it was finished, she informed me that she also gave me a discount on my bill for the inconvenience. For me, the inconvenience would have been if they had acted like my time wasn’t valuable, but they didn’t. I would’ve continued to wait all afternoon if need be due to their hospitality alone.Again, I have never bought a vehicle from them, but they treat me like I have bought 10. It truly does not matter who you are or how much business you have given them. They treat everyone with professionalism and respect from what I have seen and I will continue to give them my business.

Keith and Bruce as well as the paperwork process were made easy and enjoyable. This is the way car buying should be. Great place and will have my business going forward. .

We had trip plan for fall break! 2 days before leaving for the trip ! Our truck started acting up and the check engine light was on! I call Bo at James O’Neal! He said they couldn’t get to me right away they was back up ! I was telling him we had trip planned for my granddaughter fall break! He asked me if could bring in morning he take care of it ! I highly recommend O’Neal dodge! Sarge, and Beau have made buying a truck a great experience. Service department is excellent! I’ve had horrible luck with other dealers but this dealer is a diamond in the rough! Please ask for Sarge, he takes care of his customers
