My boyfriend’s father recommended Jacob Fence and Gate to me and they did not disappoint. After a couple of phone calls, they came out to provide a quote within days of me contacting them in the busy summer season. The completed quote was sent to me that night and they did not shy away from having to do additional paperwork to be able to do work in the small town we live in (even though our job was a very small one). After signing the contract, the application was into the town within 24 hours. The job was completed to perfection in less than two hours about a week later. They even took the time to follow up after the job was completed! I am impressed and my dog is incredibly happy to be able to run around in his new yard. I cannot recommend these guys enough as they are on top of everything from start to finish.

I contacted six fence companies for estimates. The last one I contacted was Jacob Fence, but they were the first to reply and with the soonest date to come to our house to do the estimate. We decided to go with Jacob Fence. Jacob Fence secured the Village permit on a Friday, and they started work early the next Monday morning. They scheduled the building inspector to inspect the holes in the ground at 10 AM. The inspector came and approved the holes, then they started creating the custom fence. It was a traditional cedar privacy fence, 5 feet high with a additional 7 inch lattice treatment on top. They cut all the pieces on site and completed the fence by seven the same day. The fence is so beautiful. Constructed with true craftsmanship. I highly recommend Jacob Fence for quality, service and price.

Great conversation. And communication. These guys had a new gate installed with in a day. Glad we found them and can move away from the suburban company we used for years and told us they are to busy for a small repair we have s new alliance, Jacob Fence.

I used Jacob Fence services after someone drove into my fence (alley fence) and broke a post. They were very responsive - I left a message and they called me back the same day, gave me a quote based on photos, and came within 2 days to make the repair. Another company wanted to change 15 foot of fence but Jacob Fence was able to replace the post and reattach the fence panels as they were not damaged. I appreciated their honesty and how fast they were able to come. They were on time and worked quickly. I ended up replacing 2 other posts that were wobbly while they were there. I highly recommend Jacob Fence and will use their service again next time.
