Iberostar Heritage Grand Mencey

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was inviting and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The menu offered a wide range of delectable dishes, all beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. Each course was a culinary masterpiece. The service was impeccable, making me feel like a valued guest throughout the evening. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an unforgettable dining experience. Five stars all the way!

What a wonderful hotel! A very warm welcome when we checked in and during our stay everybody was so kind and friendly to us. Hotel was super clean and the room was very comfortable with a beautiful view. This hotel earns his 5 stars due also of the professionalism of all the staff working there. Special thanks to Carlos the waiter at the pool. He was always there for us to ask if we need anything or another drink. Great guy with a lot of humor. Thank you everybody to make this vacation so special to us. Take care all of you.

This hotel is the best hotel I’ve ever been to. Through all of my travels throughout the world, the will be posted in five minutes staff here is simply outstanding. I’ve stayed at this hotel for over a month filming a movie and it’s been simply amazing. Specifically Roberto, Mateo, Alexia, Mariana and Carlos in the hotel bar have been some of my greatest pleasures of my stay. If you come to Tenerife, I highly recommend you stay here.

Fantastic brunch. Incredibly combined and balanced ingredients. The service like always, on high level. The mixture of typical local delights with international cuisines were a spectacular challenge with a success!

We were at restaurant Papa Negra for the brunch. It was a very pleasant experience all-round. The service was welcoming and professional; the food of good quality and variety; the live music relaxing and pleasant. Certainly an experience to repeat.
