IMQ insured for life, with a policy taken out in Bizkaia. If you go to General Medicine in Gipuzkoa there is a co-payment, as if it were a specialist, which at least did not happen in Bizkaia. In the area where I live there is no home care, no doctor or nursing unless the person who has a consultation in that municipality agrees to do so. Several complaints to the IMQ because there have been times with patients with significant pathologies or who needed cures or nursing care and the problem remains unsolved years later. In this case I pay for a service that I do not receive and it is clear that I will not receive it. For the rest, the correct assistance and without putting too many obstacles as contracted. Friendly and diligent telephone service. APP could be improved but very useful, including medical chat that I have used once and it can get you out of a momentary trouble. The main aspect to improve, I insist, is home care.
They have always taken good care of me. They have offered me all the information, authorizations, catalogs, etc... that I have needed. Friendly and professional.
The service in the offices is really terrible. I went with the flyer that my imq doctor made for me to pay for TrisoNIM Premium, just as the flyer and the informed consent said, and the offices didn't know what it was. After 30 wasted minutes, their dataphone doesn't work and instead of giving me facilities, such as making a transfer, they tell me that I have to go to their bank, pay and come back, making me waste the entire morning. Finally, I had to go to another laboratory where they did know what the flyer said and they didn't waste my time.
Deplorable telephone service, every time you ask for authorization they tell you "we have a broken computer system."
He doesn't even believe it, but it's his excuse for not doing anything.
