IMQ Centro Médico Las Mercedes I Las Arenas (Getxo)

For those of us who live in Leioa, it is the reference IMQ medical center. They have always taken good care of me. And the facilities are very new and pleasant.

They don't pick up the phone at any time, when you tell them in person they tell you that it's because they continually answer calls, so they should hire more staff.

It is impossible for them to pick up your phone. Day after day you call and they hang up on you.

I go to my appointment on time and the doctor is not there and has not been there all day. They have not had the courtesy to warn. Bad experience.

It's hard to get them to pick up the phone and while they keep you on hold until the call ends, the music is horrible, it makes you want to hang up.
