Not to mention one time I went to the clinic and left with the same person because the person who was going to treat me had left and they didn't notify me. If I had known before, I would never have started the treatment because I went, paid and "suffered" two sessions for nothing, to leave it halfway and continue having my tattoo the same.
Therefore, my assessment is not about the treatment since I will never know what the result would be, but about the treatment and appointment management by the person who treated me (at reception they were always kind and understanding with me).
After 3 months to have a check-up, having an appointment scheduled with a date and time, I received a call two weeks ago, asking me if it would be possible to advance the time of my appointment, to which I confirmed that there was no problem. Today, on the eve of my check-up, with my entire agenda organized, I call the center to confirm if I have an appointment with the doctor, although the number that appears on the website or in the Google search engine itself It is not a direct number to talk to the center but rather it is the appointment booking center for the ENTIRE San Roque clinic. They verify my information and tell me that they don't see my name anywhere and that they are going to transfer my call to the Ikigai center to check if it is an error or if I certainly don't have my appointment. After 3 failed attempts to communicate with the Ikigai center and sending them a message via WhatsApp, I was forced to go in person to be told no, that they did not have any appointments booked.
The poor management, organization and care of said center is evident simply by the lack of direct communication with the patient. Today it seems amazing to me as well as regrettable that I have to go in person because throughout the morning, no one has been able to attend to the 3 messages that I left through the operators. The lack of professionalism speaks for itself.
Great treatment and varicose vein surgery by Doctor Elisa Bordes and her team. Although I am "easy to faint" they intervened with great professionalism.
Minor surgery but for a person like me it is a lot.

So I don't know if it's me who, under my ignorance, 500 euros is pocket change in aesthetics or I had an image in my head of myself when I was 20 years younger 😂, so yes, I recommend the clinic but perhaps with a little more information, I think the mistake was mine staff.
