Hospital Virgen del Mar

The receptionist lady with dark hair and brown skin she's so rude. She doesn’t communicate with foreigners patients. She keeps shouting loud on a patient because that patient doesn’t speak Hispanic. They should at least a receptionist speaks English.

It has been completely renewed recently, and its much better than before. Customer service is very good, waiting times are more than acceptable. I guess everyone's experience and opinions will vary depending on the doctor, but in my case overall has been a very good experience.

I was there today for an X-ray test. The Staff was slow and unprofessional but the worst thing is that the floor was slippery and I fell on my operated foot!! There was not a sign indicating such a dangerous aspect. I strongly encourage users to avoid this hospital

Many thanks to Traumatologo Dr. Buendia, who discovered I got a wrong diagnose at another hospital and managed to put a smile on my face and got my normal life back in no time. Bless him 🙏🏼

I am a user of sanitas. And I am satisfied with the service of la moraleja and Costa Rica. But today I had to see a doctor for suffering long caugh so I called to customer service to ask some help. They recommended this hospital to use the emergency. Actually I didn't expect that kind of service and nice clear care of the doctor. I REALLY want to appreciate to the doctor. I do recommend this hospital
