It is a hospital where today, unfortunately, the waiting list is longer than the Camino de Santiago. And the care in general leaves a lot to be desired, of course there are professionals who are wonderful and care about patients!! It is unfortunate that I say this, being from Cuenca, but I have experienced it firsthand and with family members. The management of it leaves a lot to be desired, now and in times past!! The furniture is old and is repaired, but not changed, an example is the passenger chairs that are from the 80s. I hope in the future!! In the new hospital the situation is very different, for the good of all citizens...
I am going to the hospital quite regularly because my wife is pregnant and I consider two things unacceptable.
The first is that the parking closest to the hospital is for employees, when in any establishment the opposite is normal, patients have to park in the field.
The second, the line of cars occupying the sidewalks that reach the polyclinic, on top of having to park in the field, you go in the middle of the road...
One day I'm going to call the locals to fine everyone who parks on the sidewalk, it's already hard that access to a hospital for people, the sick, baby strollers and people with reduced mobility has to be through the road.
A disgraceful hospital. If you go to the ER, you have to wait 3 hours (literally) without anyone telling you anything at all.
You go with chest pains and they don't do any tests to rule out options, after waiting 3 hours, they send you home and that's it.
Even if you have an appointment at otorhinolaryngology, you have to wait another 3 hours… COMPLETELY EMBARRASSING.
I put one star because I can't put less.
Terrible hospital, disastrous administrative management, what they want disappears from the medical history. I just have to thank David Mateos from the emergency room and Teodoro from internal medicine. The rest of the doctors are truly a shame and look at how they pass for specialists. Above all traumatology, Dr. Gil treated her patients inhumanely.
Doctor Pulido sent me a resident doctor without deigning to appear himself, the poor boy diagnosed something simple in the face of significant seriousness, leading to the death of my family member.
It is a hospital worthy of having health inspectors everywhere and for days, so that they can see the disastrous care that is provided.
I don't recommend it for anything in the world.
If you want to die soon, go to that hospital, you will see what easier way they have to kill you
I have been treated in the Emergency Department and later in Cardiology (Dr. Viñas) in an exquisite way. Since there was no place, they admitted me to Surgery, which has an extraordinary team of nurses and assistants. Thank you very much for a job well done.
