Useless, make an appointment online, arrive at the correct time and in the end had to wait literally 2 hours to be seen by correct doctor. Second appointment, same thing, after 45 mins I decided to leave and never come back. Made an appointment with a alergólogo in a different centre and unsurprisingly had no issues. The doctors there are nice and attentive, the system is a DISASTER. 5 receptionists, none of which have a clue what they're doing, rude and unwilling to actually help. Never again

Most dirty and old fashioned hospital i have even been in my life. In our room all the furniture was broken and extremely dirty. i come from the north of europe we have maybe different hygienic standards, but i'm sure in my country the place would be closed straight away. Staff is not super friendly, they are understaffed and always late. don't go here! If you are not sick you will get sick here. It's a shame for healthcare!

Good enough hospital, went for surgery; Staff in the surgery were a 10, but the nursing team afterwards left a bit to desire, as they were not as attentive as one would hope

DiRTY, DISGUSTING, DECEITFUL. AND LIARS. THEY EXTORT MONEY OFF FOREIGN VISITORS AND ORDER SCANS AND INVESTIGATIONS WHICH ARE UNNECCESSARY. THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF ELDERLY FOREIGN VISITORS AND THEN MALE THEM LIABLE FOR BILLS COSTING THOUSANDS. THESE SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED BY THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION FOR THEIR BEHAVIOUR. YOUR HOPSITAL WAS NOT ONLY UN-CARING, UNCOMPASSIONATE, BUT DIRTY, AND SMELLY. PLEASE THINK TWICE ABOUT GOING TO THIS HOSPITAL.

I hope someone sees this review before going to this hospital for a medical emergency. The treatment could not have been worse. From the moment you entered the hospital it was deserted and I had to go to the nursing station to look for someone, to my surprise the receptionist did two jobs at the same time, attending to the patients inside and attending to the reception, which by the way generally treated everyone with enough arrogance. You wait endlessly even after being triaged and really having an emergency. Don't waste your time...
