I went for a collision repair from a 3rd's insurance and they took almost 3 months to get the piece. I got at 9am to leave it at the station, but the personnel started arriving at 9:15, so why do they make an appointment they don't honor? Other than that, the car was repaired almost perfectly.
They do not respect service appointments, they have delivered the car semi-clean and they always fail to pick up the car. You can only schedule with someone other than Reyna.
