Good service getting the parts I needed

One of the worst services I have received in my life from an agency. Bad attention, they lose things from my car and they tell me it wasn't coming. They wash their hands and the service manager doesn't show her face to help you when you look for her on the phone, she can never help you, she is always too busy to serve customers as if they were doing us a favor but they are great at getting paid.

On the part of the service staff, the girls are not trained at all, they have no knowledge of automobiles, they do not know how to answer questions, and they have tried to charge me extra charges for the services, always consult the Honda page in the Maintenance area to find out the cost actual service that corresponds to your vehicle

I do not recommend that you take your cars there for maintenance, the mechanics they have do not check the cars properly even if you pay for the full service, if you leave something in the car they will steal it from you
