Appalling customer service, arrogant, rude. I'm shocked that this is the face of Honda. Even failed the simple thing to reset the on board computer, stamp, the service record, fill water reservoir. The request to fix the tyre pressure warning light ignored.
They're not good at fixing cars. After 3 days of maintenance, the car stopped due to engine failure. They ask for an additional 4,000 pesos for confirmation. I had to spend $10,000 pesos a week.
And I rode 49,985 km, but I sign 60,000 km without my consent.
It doesn't explain why.
