August 29, they tell me that the spare part arrives on SEP 15 and they still do not ensure its arrival. What would be 4 months to receive the spare part. 🫣 *On May 15 they received my CRV 2012 in service. Steering module failure. Pay the spare part. The advisor Mr. Villegas told me that it would take 2 months, today, August 18, he does not assure me if he will have it by Tuesday the 22nd. He had told me that it would arrive on July 31!!! I request you to help me solve the problem in your customer service and poor service in spare parts. It is my only vehicle in which we travel to the Medical Service to studies and specialties of the IMSS. We are two elderly people, so I beg you to take care of us. I very much appreciate your support and attention. Extended to September 15 😡 the receipt of the piece and they do not ensure its delivery would already be 4 months of waiting 🙏 Please help.
