Tried to convince me to change brake pads and AC filter at an overflated cost for a job the really only takes five minutes. Normally better than this. Also took nearly six hours to get the car back.

AVOID this dealership at all costs! The vehicles sold at this location do not meet the basic quality standards that you would expect from a product like Honda. The sales staff provide false information to trap potential clientes into purchasing damaged vehicles. Once the contract is signed, they push all blame to the client stating that they should have known better than to accept a vehicle under those conditions and make no effort to provide the minimal level of customer service. Do not attempt to purchase from this dealership without a lawyer present.

realy slow to accept your car, my appointment was at 10:00 I got there ast 9:50 and i was handing the keys at 10:40 left just before 11. Prices are expensive for some things but ok for others, it depends what you need but all the standard services process are clearly displayed. The mechanics and security personnel seemed chordious and the rest of the staff nice enough... a part from the clowning around among them making everyone else wait.

Pricy dealership for vehicle maintenance. Professional service but may fall short of expectations.
