Great when first started getting supplies from them, but after 6 month it started to get bad. They quit calling before to order and I had to call them. Our date kept getting moved back each month because there was always a problem with it getting shipped out on time and I would have to call back. And then attitudes started to come out! Disabled people shouldn’t have to feel like there at their mercy!

Home Care Plus is by far the best medical supply store I have ever been too! They have an entire show room that you can see the products and try them out before you buy! They are the only medical supply store ripen on a Sunday! The customer service is absolutely impeccable! The place is clean and I recommend Home Care plus for any needs A to B! They have it all! Reggie was awesome and so helpful!

These guys know their stuff. Very helpful staff. Mike, the salesman that helped me was very professional and courteous. Mike explained from step one of how to install my item all the way to the end if I should have to disassemble my item. All of my questions were answered and he even helped me carry my item out to my car. For all of your medical supply needs, I strongly suggest this store. It was ok. They had an item I couldn't find at any other local DME. But things got a little sketch when I asked about refund IF the item didn't work. There's a 3 day return policy but I was told I had to bring it back the next day to get refund if it didn't fit. Why? The item was $350. Who has that kind of money to waste!?!?! Anywho, I thank God that it works and fits. But I'll probably go to a friendlier place. They guys were cool. But that interaction left me a little worries about doing business with them in the future. That was a BIG purchase!
