I booked a treatment for redness and in the third session they left half my eyebrow hairless. The treatment was left halfway because there was a waiting list, and since March I have been demanding its completion. For the eyebrow issue, they told me that they would take care of the expenses generated by the micropigmentation. It's been two weeks since I sent them the invoice and they haven't paid me. I have also been complaining that they either finish my treatment and the other two that I have pending for more than a year and they tell me that they still cannot tell me what I am missing because they have problems in their database. I have paid for 2 treatments and the arrangement for one of them, and they keep telling me about whether there are staff on leave, whether there are many holidays. A real shame

It was a reference aesthetic clinic in A Coruña and it has become disappointing, there is nothing more to do than read the reviews. The person in charge of the clinic is gone, more than one worker is on sick leave and all the time they hide behind the fact that there are power outages or the laser machines are broken to change or postpone your appointments. One of the workers has recommended that I not buy any other voucher (there must be a reason). I don't think this clinic will survive much longer.

Super dissatisfied. I have read the latest reviews and I totally agree with what they say. Zero professionalism. Each session serves you differently. The last time I went to have the laser done, I had more than paid for it with unbearable pain. Something that the other girl who attended to me didn't hurt me at all. Then I had a session for broken glasses and I had a check-up and they did everything. Sucking up money is very good but what I paid was worthless to me. You don't even receive a call from them. A shame and to communicate with them... forget it.

Yesterday I went to the Juana de Vega clinic for the first time, since I came from the other clinic, which closed overnight. After several months I got an appointment, thanks to Eva, who was the girl who made an appointment with me and luckily the one who did the laser session for me, she is a good professional, very humane and a charming girl. I should also say that the cleanliness of the facilities makes you want to leave the door and not come back... the floor had, without exaggeration, lint from months ago☹️
