Hedonai Madrid - Sanchinarro

Hello, I'm not one to give reviews, but I can't pass up congratulating the Hedonai Sanchinarro center and RECOMMENDING it. I have been with them for years, doing different types of treatments and always with a happy ending. They are very professional in what they do, they advise and guide you very well. Dra Blanca, spectacular and the girls the best. Thank you and I congratulate you for the good atmosphere you generate.

It is the first time that I have posted a review of a site, but the treatment and treatment seemed like a joke to me. I have paid €900 for 10 sessions of LPG and pressotherapy and they have barely had any effect. Years ago he did it to me in another center for half the size and the circumference of my legs went down 6cm. On this site they didn't give me before or after, just some photos when I started the treatment. The doctor received me the first day and never checked me again, not even after finishing. Most girls are unpleasant to deal with. They arrest you and leave. They don't hear you if you call them and one day I had to get out of the prison by myself because it wasn't working well. In fact, one of them told me that if I forgot the mesh again she would send me home even though I had only forgotten it once. I asked that they not put me with her again for this reason and because she had hurt me and the next day she showed up. The only nice girl is a long-haired redhead girl. And lastly, the center leaves a lot to be desired. Since the floor is tiled, they could put a rug at least to change your clothes so that your feet don't get cold... I'm super sorry and I feel like I've been ripped off for a treatment that I still pay for. I have been to many different beauty centers and I have not seen anything like it.

Unfortunately, waste of time and money. They don't answer the phone, they tell you that the separation between sessions is 2.5 months (in all other centers it is usually a month and a half) and they also don't give you appointments (according to them "they open the agendas every 3 months) and so on they continue your interval your business strategy, your bonuses expire and you are left without money or sessions. Seeing the situation, I requested a refund at the beginning of the treatment and they refused.

The review is towards the appointment/telephone service system. I have called THREE times today to reschedule an appointment. On the first call a guy answered me and then hung up or hung up. They haven't called me again. In the second, I waited for SEVEN minutes, until I decided to hang up, because I don't have all day. In the third and last, more of the same, EIGHT MINUTES WAITING until I hung up. Disastrous, lousy service. Also, every time I go it is empty or I see 1 person counted but they never have space/availability when I want to change an appointment, I don't understand anything. Anyway, mid-afternoon calling so that NO ONE has attended to me and they haven't solved what I wanted.

The appointment system couldn't be worse. I have been waiting for more than 20 minutes. I have called 3 times today and there is no answer. Furthermore, every time I make an appointment it is for more than 1 month and at times that do not suit me. Terrible customer service
