I give it a 1 because you can't do less, if I could I'd give it -5. They are incompetent. In March they sent me a text telling me that they were closing and I had the appointment a few days later. I contacted them through their email to tell them that I no longer wanted them to give me the two sessions that I had left since I was tired of them because they also left me stranded during Covid times and I had to call them to get me. They will reactivate the sessions again. They told me by email the money they owed me (I have proof if I wanted to report them) and that they would return it to me. After that I have called them hundreds of times and they give me the excuse that either they are waiting for I don't know what paper from the court or that they can't do anything and I send them emails. When I send them emails they NEVER answer me, except the first time I contacted them to tell them to refund my money. I have infinite unanswered emails, but yes, they are not going to keep my money, either they return it to me or they give me the sessions that I have left, they are scoundrels and thieves doing that. So be careful with these people, don't even think about messing with them because if they close the remaining franchises, keep in mind that you are going to lose your money because they will never give it back to you.

My experience with them is terrible, I had an appointment with them in April, they canceled it due to the closure of the center and since then I have been waiting on a waiting list in which my turn never comes for them to give me the two sessions that I have paid for since the beginning of year. I have contacted them on several occasions and they do not give me any solution, they just give me long. Little seriousness and formality.

As more people are saying in the comments, this center is a disaster. I contracted my services when the company was Vivanta, they changed their name without giving any explanation (they didn't even ask if we wanted to continue with the contract or not after the change, which they should have done since I have paid for ONE specific company, not Hedonai) , every time you go to a session a different person attends you, they do not keep track, and to make matters worse, they close this center and notify me by SMS 5 days after my appointment. I called by phone and they told me that they were putting me on the waiting list at El Corte Inglés and that they would call me, which has not happened. Honestly, I have two sessions left to finish my treatment and I want to receive them, but if I could I would cancel the contract and ask for a financial refund. The management of this company is a shame, it will surely have legal consequences.

This is a real shame. When it was called Vivanta, due to confinement, I already had a series of problems with this company. Now, with the name change, more of the same. They let me know that they are canceling my appointment without any explanation and also provide a solution that doesn't work. They do not answer the number they say you have to call and they do not answer the email. I do not recommend this clinic at all since in addition to all this, they always give you (when we manage to go) the different sessions to a different person, without any type of follow-up. In addition, some areas are usually left undone with laser treatment. I am considerably angry and will not repeat any more treatment with them, they have taken a lot of money from me without deserving it.

Unpresentable, don't buy anything at Hedonai. After making an appointment 6 months in advance, I called the week before to confirm my appointment and from the telephone exchange they told me that the clinic is temporarily closed, without having previously informed me. They put me on a waiting list without an appointment to do the hair removal that I have paid for through a voucher and I don't know when I will be able to do it so I have had to pay for treatment at another center to be able to get it done before the summer... Incredible... I will never buy from this clinic again, nor from Atarazanas or any other place because the compliance guarantees are minimal.
