Like many more patients affected by this "clinic" so to speak, we contracted laser hair removal for a long time with annual treatments for life, and right off the bat, they unilaterally cancel it. As I say, there are already many of us affected gathered in a Facebook group to fight for the injustice they are doing. I do not recommend anyone hire their services. There are many clinics in Alicante and the rest of Spain where they will not deceive you.

Having paid the full amount of the treatment, €1,800, more than a month before the first appointment, they call me two days before telling me that my usual doctor no longer works for them. Are you processing a return and cannot track the process? Don't know your own company's return policy? Have they never managed or processed a return and do not know the procedures of your company? Is it so difficult to get in touch with the client and to inform him of how the procedures are going? It took me less than 5 minutes to make the transfer, do you need more than a week to make a return? Obviously, a claim has been processed before the General Directorate of Consumer Affairs! As of 07/28/2023, no one has yet contacted me, the only thing they have sent me in response to all the calls and the emails I have sent have been automatic response emails. I still don't get the money back! THEY STOLEN MY MONEY! THEY REFUSE TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK! Customer service: 0. Professionalism: 0. Seriousness: 0. Empathy: 0.

BE VERY CAREFUL with this clinic. Zero professionalism, they only want to sell you their products. I am already waiting THREE MONTHS (since February 2023) for the RETURN of the money for a treatment that I did NOT perform, because the doctor minimized the side effects to zero in the information session and at the time of performing the treatment she already gave me different information, with the which I decided not to do the treatment, the doctor answered me that they would refund the money then. And I'm still waiting for the money - they drag you out, saying that everything is processed from the central office that is not in Alicante - Lie because the contract and the invoice contain the same name and address of the center where I went. The legal deadline for the refund of the money is 14 days and they are already delaying me for 3 months. I see many comments on Google of similar cases with the Hedonai clinics throughout Spain. Inform yourself well before. Responding to your response: you know that I have already sent the claim to all the emails that have been indicated to me and they are sales emails that do not give any response. The latter didn't even answer me anything. It is a scam company, which is clear in the multiple comments from patients throughout Spain. I update my review: as of today 07/27/2023 I have NOT received the return. THINK WELL before buying a session voucher since the company is in Bankruptcy and can be dissolved at any time and you will be left without sessions and without money. Laser hair removal is not effective in that clinic either, if it weren't for the vouchers purchased I would go to another clinic.
