Ms. Odette Barton is a very knowledgeable salesperson. She fit me with 3 pairs of great shoes. I spent much more than planned, but after coming back from a heavy walking trip, I am so happy I bought these shoes. My feet are even happier. Thanks for the great advice Odette.

Faye Cole was excellent! I have feet that are somewhat difficult to fit. I showed her what I was interested in, and she made additional recommendations based on that style (and the size/shape of my foot) and I ended up buying the sandals that she suggested. I love them and they fit my feet perfectly!

The folks at Hawley Lane were very helpful in assisting my mother. She was referred by her podiatrist and when we arrived 30 minutes before closing they stayed late, showed her a variety of shoes and helped her understand that "narrow" was based on the heel width and her toes and bunion needed a wider toe box. She had been turning her foot and was slowly injuring her knee. After they found her new pair of sneakers she was walking much more stably and faster. Thank you Ellen and team!

Went to purchase new shoes and I was approached by a very kind saleswoman. She was very open to utilizing the opportunity to measure my feet and my arches. We found out why my knee had been bothering me. They have many brands to choose from.
