I don't care who you are, you have to love harbor freight ,I love every harbor freight that ever existed and I love all of them I don't know about employees or things like that I just know that I love going to harbor freight it's so fun and they're cheap enough you can buy a lot of stuff. And they have what you need for any project. At affordable prices if you can't afford brand name from the depot or Lowe's .

Great prices, tools and employees! 2 stars taken away for the inventory system wasting both my time and my gas money though, twice in a row now. Kinda negates the savings, especially if the process leaves you annoyed on top of everything else...

The best customer service and shopping experience hands down. Even my daughter expressed "too bad all stores aren't so helpful, shopping would be so much easier". There's something to be said about a teenager saying her best shopping experience took place in a tool store!

A little bummed out came by to pick up the free promotion for a screwdriver set. The cashier with attitude accused me of coming in already. Kinnzey with the back hair I don’t know if I look similar to all the other Asians but please try your best to not be rude to someone who didn’t do anything wrong. Seems like a great tool though can’t wait to use it on my next project!
