Harbor Freight Tools

Very reasonable prices and great sales! I’m glad they opened up a location on the east side. Store is very clean, organized and the staff is nice and eager to help. I always find tools I need for a competitive price. They do have a membership club that gives customers more deals if they’re regular tools shoppers.

I love harbor freight. I have no need for guarantees on tools, cheap tools do the small jobs I need them to do, so I buy from harbor freight.

They have improved on their coupon offerings in that they are a little more honest about what they apply to. The staff is courteous as always. The Inside Track Club loyalty program keeps me coming back over and over. One other benefit is that they have so many tools with a lifetime warranty. Once you get to know their brands and what level of quality they equate to shopping here will demand some restraint.

Harbor Freight has a variety of tools at extremely low prices. Some are excellent and other's not so much. However between the prices, warranties, and extended service plans available on many items you really can't go wrong.

Lol. Laugh of the day. I went in to buy a sprayer for pesticides, fertilizer and such. At the counter when checking out, the clerk says "you can't return this once you have used it" and that's all she said, besides the total. I thought why would I return it? Then I thought, did she say that because I'm black or does everyone get the "don't try and scam us, all sales final disclaimer," right up front? Hmm, puzzled, I walked to the car with my half white teenage son, he says "Wow dad she basically told you this product is trash, so don't try and return it when you find out." I say ooohhhh ok. Yes I like that much better, son I thought...nevermind. Man the trauma is so real for me, I don't know anymore. So then we just laughed. The sprayer works fine, and I'm keeping it, so it doesn't matter how she meant it!! If she wasn't talking to other workers and staring at her phone otherwise, I may not have initially even thought that. But I digress. Moral of the story. Great store, but understand you get what you get and you don't throw a fit. And don't be triggered. Have a great day!
