Harbor Freight Tools

The store was clean and well organized. The staff was pleasant and knows the stock well. This organization sells budget tools at a budget price. It's fantastic if you know what you are looking for. For example, I wanted a descent tile saw for a few jobs, and didn't intend to spend the premium for a contractor grade saw. I found exactly that and was impressed by it's quality. Were I a pro, I would have purchased differently, but for my $500, I bought exactly what I needed and it exceeded my expectations. In short, know what you're looking for and be realistic about your expectations.

And people wonder why I can't get through the store very fast lol

Found what we needed. Was a very uncomfortable experience. Staff and patrons didn't know what to think of two women shopping for a power bank and some tools. Seems they felt it was ok to stare and say questionable things under their breath. Maybe a different location would be more welcoming. We will only go back if it's the only place that has what we need.

Dont understand their website nor calling them ... says they have a trailer in stock before I drove their and went in to buy it. Cashier was rude about it all and acted like it was to big of a question to ask if they had it in stock when i showed him the website. He acted like he talked to someone on the radio to ask but before he was done talking on the radio he said "nope we dont have one, all the stock in Harbor Freight is messed up, its been like that for 2+ years so we dont have any for sale and wont have any for sale for a while" and called the next customer up and didnt give me the chance to ask a question. Frustrating I guess and his attitude and felt like he was pushing me to side to to help the other customer.

This is by far my all time favorite harbor freight store. The manager Allan is amazing
