Mario the Store Manager and his team are always engaging, friendly, and helpful. I always stop at this location before going to Lowes, Home Depot, and Ace. 99% percent of the time they have what I need in stock. The store is always clean, orderly, and well-stocked.

I had a return without a physical receipt and Laura worked to make sure I could still return the product. I watched her interactions with the person before me and she gave her undivided attention to take care of that guest as well. Her customer service skills are excellent. I’d hire her in a heartbeat at my company.

Most advertised items in stock. When something is out, the friendly staff has a good chance of knowing where a secondary display is. Had several tradesmen tell me when I first became a homeowner "this is a good place to buy tools that you need for a project, but not if you make a living from those tools." The store has improved over time. A few years ago, the off-gassing of the China-made products was noxious, and it was guaranteed to give you a headache. Much better now. I don't know if that's quality control, product selection, or ventilation. If you need a tool you'll maybe only use a few times, this is your place.

Nice harbor freight location. Employees are nice and it's always clean. Standard harbor freight prices. And for once easy parking.

Don't have anything Good to say about this place if you have a problem which repeats of equipment. And it's over 90 days old and you pay for the warranty. But somebody there messes up, they don't do anything for you. You're just out all that money. And a bus to piece of equipment that the only person that makes it his go I got one of their generators. They do not backup. I will never go there again. Over someone there making a mistake and not putting my warranty and then computer. Right, I'm just out They tell you to call corporate, but corporate never answers.
