Went in the store yesterday, just wanted to trade a little pump for the same one.Because I used it one time and it broke !!! The employee said send it back to the manufacturer, I said what just take the new one out of the box and then you have a box to send it BACK!!!!! This employee stood there and would not help me. Everything we buy there it breaks. Yes the price is cheap but I guess you pay for what you get JUNK!!!!!! So all I wanted to trade the pump for a other pump!!! So you lost a customer.

Great experience! I want to thank Donna & Caleb for all their assistance today. Both employees went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for, and helping me load a tool box into my vehicle.

Really enjoy harbor freight. Great selection. There are some nice finds. Don't be fooled by the price. The "buy once cry once" way of thinking doesn't always apply and HF is excellent for those items. Great communication with the customer as well. I went in for an arbor press. They were out, but let me know exactly when the next truck is gonna be in for stock.

Friendly staff, had a variety of what I needed in stock. Took like 5 minutes and I was in and out.
