Clean, uncrowded, and well-maintained, the Hampshire Mall is not an unpleasant place to visit. It's a perfect spot for solitary individuals who enjoy quiet walks in polished, spacious surroundings. This Mall has been dying for several decades now; Target, Cinemark, and Planet Fitness are popular but they can't revitalize the interior of the Mall, which is vacant aside from some massage places and new entertainment centers, which may prove to be successful. With Subway gone, there are only three eateries left in the food court, Cheesy Street Grill, Latinos, and Tutti Frutti. Having grown up in the area, I have fond memories of what this Mall used to be. KB Toys, Same Bat Channel, Friendlys, The Ground Round, Walden Books, Dream Machine, Media Play, Taco Bell, and Mocha Emporium are gone but not forgotten.
Stopped by here for some indoor race kart fun today and WOW!
SUPER clean inside. Their karts are super clean. They have everything, helmets, neck braces, hood socks ( helmet protection from germs) and that's pretty much all you need.
Stop by, complete the registration, sign the waiver, take a photograph and signature.
Next you go.over to the waiting station where the instructor will give you a 5 min brief on safety instructions, also how to drive properly, what flags to look for, where to go when the race is over.
After the safety meeting wait for your name to be called when it's your turn to race. Go back to the same area where you had the safety meet, pick out your helmet size , strap it on and look for your designated kart on the screen , it will show you the lane number and kart number.
Strap your safety belt on and follow instructions.
Do your laps and look for the checkard flag that's the signal your race is over and return to your lane slowly.
Wait for the signal from the instructor that it's safe to get up and exit.
Put your helmet and neck brace on the shelf next to the counter, and get your free stat print out.
Definitely stop here if your in the area.

As far as malls go, this one is very tiny but it has some excellent stores I go to all the time (Hello Jo-Ann's Craft store and Cinemark movie theater π) And of course, the mall "hosting" the farmer's market in the winter is excellent!!
