My last experience at Perpetua... I bring my mother with 195/96 blood pressure, already having a history of this, and well... the first ER doctor took her down and instructed her to take the pressure and note the measurements 3 times a day, for 6 days ... after that, he had to visit again, but on the 5th day we are at 200/97 and we went back to the emergency room with the bad luck that we went to the shift change, we started with the same doctor and ended up with another who gave us the solution....
According to this guy says…
"So that the tension does not rise, what you have to do is not to take the tension, the more you take the tension, the more it will rise, you entered a vicious circle from which you will not be able to get out... do not take the tension and you'll see how you don't have to come back"
To hallucinate... and next time, emergency room change...
The disastrous telephone lines
They give you a telephone
to make an appointment and speak with an agent and they don't assist you
I've been here literally since 11am and nothing.
You call the other phone and they answer that they can't do anything. Only one girl had the good gesture to send them an email asking for my appointment. That must be coordinated with an anesthetist.
I don't like the attention.
Terrible emergency care! If I were the manager of the hospital I would consider the policy of selecting its personnel, the lack of motivation of some emergency doctors and the lack of desire to offer the quality of care typical of a private clinic is a real shame. Hospitals like this are destined to close or be bought by a leading hospital group
I had my baby there and I couldn't be more grateful. Excellent treatment from midwives, floor staff, gynecologist... I would repeat without a doubt. New surgical area.
Things to improve: infrastructure (they are waiting to open a new area)... and it is difficult for them to pick up the phone when you call to request an appointment...
They're calling to give me an appointment to do a specific analysis, after 15 minutes on hold they give me another phone number that I've been calling for 2 hours and there's no way they'll pick up the phone, it's a shame, I have to 100km to be able to take real time?
