Griswold Care Pairing for Eastern Iowa

This is a mixed bag. The caregiver was such a wonderful young lady and did so well. We couldn't have asked for better. Brian was good to work with. When it was time to deal with insurance it wasn't so pretty. Griswold has no license number, they said it's not required in Iowa. The workers are not insured, and the caregivers are not certified. In the beginning Brian filled out paperwork for the insurance company that my parents used.He assured me they work with all kinds of insurance. In the end Griswold Home Care didn't qualify for my parents insurance because of qualifications not met. It was an expensive lesson.

Both caretakers we had for my mother in law were excellent. Griswold Home Care was flexible and efficient with scheduling and they were able to make changes as our family needs changed

The caretaker treats my mother very nastily, yells and screams at her. It’s inexcusable and intolerable. She won’t report her, but I will!

Do your own background checks on anyone that they send to your home! That was a very expensive lesson for us to learn.
